Terroir & Expertise

The Crozes-Hermitage appellation spans 11 communes around Tain-l’Hermitage, the largest cru by volume in the Northern Rhône. The vineyards, located on lower slopes, rest on granite sand and alluvial soils mixed with clay and gravel, offering perfect balance between freshness and power.

Grapes are hand-harvested at peak ripeness. After a 15-day maceration in stainless steel tanks (26–28 °C), the wine is aged for 12 months in concrete tanks and century-old oak vats, preserving its aromatic richness while refining its structure.
